Vegan Home New York accepts order cancellations within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Any order cancellation must be provided in writing by completing our Order Cancellation form. Any request for a cancellation after 24 hours will most likely not be accepted.


In the event an item is received damaged, Vegan Home New York will work with the customer to either repair or replace the item. Repair or replacement is solely at the discretion of Vegan Home New York.

Any item received damaged must be reported to Vegan Home New York in writing by completing our Request for Repair or Replacement of Damaged Items form within 48 hours of receiving the item in order to be eligible for repair or replacement. All original packaging material must be kept.

Any freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Failure to notate such damage will result in a loss of a customer’s ability to submit a request for repair or replacement. Releasing the delivery driver and signing the delivery receipt “Subject to inspection” will result in the same loss of ability. If such a loss or damage does occur, customer must save the carton and packing material.


Due to how our products are sourced, most, if not all, of which are custom made to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges. As such, all sales are final.
